    Coffee Subscription FAQ

    When will I be charged?

    Your initial charge will process when it is made. Your subsequent charges will process every 4 weeks on Sunday. 

    Changes to your subscription must be made before your order processes (on Sunday). You will receive an email 3 days before your recurring charge processes.

     

    When will my delivery arrive?

    We deliver coffee subscriptions every Wednesday. Your subscription will arrive every 4 weeks. 

    If your initial order is before Sunday at 11:59pm, you will receive your first delivery the following Wednesday. If your initial order is after Sunday at 11:59pm, you will receive your first delivery the week after. For example, if you order on Monday March 6, you will receive your delivery on Wednesday, March 15.

    All subsequent orders will process every 4 weeks on Sundays, and be delivered the following Wednesday. You will receive an email every time an order processes.

     

    I want to purchase other items and have them delivered for free with my subscription.

    Login to your account at the-replace and click “Manage Subscriptions” on the left. Click on the "Subscriptions" tab along the menu at the top.

    An "Add product" button should be in the top right. Click on it, and use the search bar to find the item(s) you want to order. When you click, you'll see a screen telling you what delivery that item will come with (which should be your upcoming delivery). Click add, and consider it done. Add as many products as you like.

    You will be charged for the product at the same time that your subscription processes and will receive an email confirmation.

     

    I need to delay (pause) or skip a delivery.

    If you currently have a lot of product or will be away on the next delivery date, you may want to skip your next subscription order. You can skip and un-skip any upcoming orders in your customer portal.

    **Please complete this change before your order processes on Sunday (you'll receive an email 3 days prior).

    Login to your account at the-replace and click “Manage Subscriptions” on the left. Select the subscription you would like to modify, and then:

    Skip a delivery

    To skip one delivery and continue your future deliveries as scheduled, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the link "Skip this order." Your upcoming order will skip and your subscription will resume 4 weeks later.

    Delay (pause) deliveries

    To receive your coffee 1, 2 or 3 weeks later than scheduled, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the link "Cancel." You will be asked "Would you like to pause instead?" and presented with 1, 2 or 3 week options. Select one and save by hitting the "Pause Subscription" button.

    *This change will impact future charges: your subsequent orders will delay the same duration, as orders process every 4 weeks from the previous order. So if you delay an order 1 week, the next order will also be delayed a week, and so forth.

     

    I want to cancel my subscription.

    Login to your account at the-replace and click “Manage Subscriptions” on the left.Select the subscription you would like to modify, and then, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the link "Cancel." 

    After you cancel, you will receive a pre-stamped envelope to return your last Packt bags in. Just drop them off at a Canada Post dropbox.

     

    I would like to modify the coffee quantity or type (# of bags, regular or decaf, etc) in my existing subscription.

    Login to your account at the-replace.ca and click “Manage Subscriptions” on the left.Select the subscription you would like to modify.

    Scroll to and click on the item “Variant” and from the pop up window, select the option you want to change to. Save.

     

    Will my subscription expire?

    No, your subscription will continue to process every 4 weeks until you modify it or reach out to us for assistance: info@the-replace.ca

     

    Can I purchase in store and get my coffee that day?

    Our subscriptions are not available in store.

     

    Should I wash the Packt bags before returning?

    Nope! Please don't. Packt will wash and sanitize them after each use.
